If your shipment is deemed undeliverable for any reason, it may be returned to our warehouse. We will attempt to contact you, but if we are unable to reach you we will redistribute back in our stock. If you still desire the items, you will need to place a new order on www.princessracewear.com. You will be automatically refunded for the price of the merchandise as soon as your order is scanned back into inventory. If you never received your package and the tracking number indicates that it was delivered, please call customer service at 360-572-0231.
If you are returning an item for a refund, please be aware that you will be refunded for the prices of the item only. Original shipping charges and return shipping charges will not be refunded. Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your back statement.

- Clothing items must have tags attached (if applicable) to be returnable
- Items sold within the United States may be returned. No International shipments, including Canada.

We will be happy to exchange any item, except closeouts, but you will be charged an additional shipping fee for your exchange item.
If you have received an item with a manufacturing defect, such as clothing with rips, holes in fabric, etc., please call our customer service at 360-572-0231 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Explain your issue and we will gladly replace your item.
We make our best effort to keep all items in the online store in stock. However, in the instance your item is back ordered (Out of Stock) we will alert you when your items do ship and will include the estimated time upon restock when possible. Items typically are re-stocked quickly as possible.
